Lingira Island, Uganda
On Lingira, we taught in the church and held open-air crusades each evening. Many people came forward for prayer at the end of each crusade, and we saw people, including children, being thrown to the ground as demons came out with loud cries. Several people were saved, and some claimed healing. The church, which had been planted in the fishing camp in 1989, responded to a prophecy calling them to repent of loss of their first love, and revival broke out when the Holy Spirit fell on every person present in the final meeting.
